- DescriptionThe scene has two panels showing the conversion of Saul to Paul. This early sketch has no architectual details, just figures. The upper scene shows Jesus appearing to Saul on the road to Damascus in a bright light. Saul lies blinded at the lower left of the scene, surrounding him are startled soldiers and horses. The lower scene shows Ananias restoring Paul's sight in Damascus, accompanied by an angel.
