- [nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]Ink and pencil drawing with a blue ink wash showing the proposed design of the Bodley and Garner cross for the High Altar. The sketch has 2 views, one side on and one from the front. The sketch only shows part of the cross base, from where the cross joints to the base. The base appears to be square, with blue panels divided by decorative floral scrolls, which also appear at the corners. Surmounting this square base is another base which looks like a flattened sphere, sitting on top of decorative narrow bands. The lower half of the sphere is fluted and the upper part has flutes alternating with leaves. Between the two halves is a narrow band decorated with repeated narrow channels. Above this is a pencil sketch of the base of the cross itself. To the right of the front elevation drawing is a detail of a leaf.
