Minutes of the Works Sub-Committee of the Representative Committee chaired by Mr Basil Mott. Those present included Col. Sir Chas Morgan, Mr Humphreys, Mr Trench, Capt. C Stanley Peach, Mervyn Macartney, and sometimes in attendence Resident Engineer Lt. Col. Sankey, Godfrey Allen , Sir Aston Webb and Mr Broadbent.
