Correspondence, invoices, bills and statements of account between The Chapter House and various contractors, engineers and tradespeople. Documents are related to cleaning, refurbishment, restoration, installation of utilities and other works carried out on The Chapter House, principally following war damage sustained to the building.

Access is strictly by appointment only with the architectural archivist. Material dating from 1990 to the present day is not currently available for public consultation. Some records are subject to a closure period of 75 years under the Data Protection Act.
