The designed monument features an allegorical female figure atop a raised podium resting on a stepped plinth. The figure wears a plumed helmet and is resting on hand on her hip and holding a laurel wreath in the other hand. The podium inset below the figure is intended for inscription.

Access is strictly by appointment only with the architectural archivist. Material dating from 1990 to the present day is not currently available for public consultation. Some records are subject to a closure period of 75 years under the Data Protection Act.
