Photographic reproduction of Chinese wallpaper design of birds, trees and flowers. The original dates from ca. 1680-1700 and was discovered on the chimney breast of the drawing room in No.2 Amen Court (built by Wren) in 1892. It is thought to be a paper chosen by Wren for one of the rooms. The sample was presented to the house by Right Rev. George Forrest Browne, Bishop of Bristol in 1897.
