This file contains images showing deterioration and repair work carried out on the tower, the roof and the clock. Item /6 shows the removal fof the small hand of the Cathedral clock for the first time in 20 years so that the dial mechanism can be examined. The photograph is dated 1937-3-1. Items /7 and /8 show repair work being carried out on the roof of the West End. Images also show the reverse of the statues of St Paul, St Peter and St James.
