Drawn by Dickinson (stage 2). Datable, c.1700-01. Implied scale, about 5.7 ft to 1 inch.\par \par Dickinson\rquote s hand is apparent in the pronounced central division between the leaves of the Corinthian capitals and the long tails on their abacus flowers; compare WRE/5/3/6. His study enlarges the lower drum of the peristyle in WRE/6/1/4 and adds a plinth beneath the bases of the columns (omitted from WRE/6/1/7 and 8). \cf0\b\f1\par }
